He not just truly understands the business but has honed his skills well to manage an empire of 1200+ employees in the textile company. Mr. Dhirubhai, an M.Sc. Biotech professional, also has interests and a major decisive role in the operations & management of Captavis Biocare. Mr. Nisarg, the Managing Director, and the Founder of Captavis Biocare Pvt. Ltd., is a visionary with 12+ years of experience with M. Pharm in QA. At the pivot of management, his agenda is to define & execute the company’s strategic growth by identifying and investing in Soft-Gel Capsule innovation. With his expert knowledge and experience, he has been strategically handling audits & compliance of the regulatory agencies like USFDA, MHRA, EU and ROW markets. Over the years of experience is has also gained expertise in pharma management, sales and marketing across a variety of therapeutic areas and established presence in the international market. Previously he held senior roles in major Indian pharmaceutical companies. Under his guidance, Captavis is surely to achieve unparalleled heights in the Pharma industry.
